Bad Pedestrians

I had read an article about kolkatans jaywalking, I happened to shoot a clip on how cool kolkatans are in law breaking, especially traffic laws.
I shot this clip on a crossing opposite to Gariahat Pantaloons, you can see the pedestrian crossing signal is red, still people are risking their lives to cross the road, can't they wait for 2 minutes?
